1. The Service
Fizulmia is an AI-powered kitchen assistant offering meal ideas, meal planning, pantry tracking, grocery lists, nutrition estimates, cooking guidance, videos and community features (the "Service").
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3. AI Disclosure
Much of the Service is generated by artificial intelligence. AI can produce content that sounds correct but is inaccurate, incomplete or unsafe, including wrong ingredients, amounts, times or temperatures.
4. Food Safety
Fizulmia never prepares, inspects or handles your food. You are solely responsible for safe food handling, storage, cooking temperatures, doneness and hygiene. Always follow official food-safety guidance.
5. Allergies
Allergy and diet tags, substitutions and family filters may be wrong. Always read product labels and check for cross-contact. Never rely on the Service to keep anyone safe from an allergen.
6. No Medical or Nutritional Advice
The Service is not medical, dietetic or health advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional before changing your diet.
7. Nutritional Information
Calories, macros, costs and savings are estimates only and may differ from actual values.
8. User Inputs
You are responsible for the information you provide, including photos, family profiles, pantry items and preferences. Results depend on the accuracy of your inputs.
9. AI Output
You must independently review and verify all AI output before relying on it. You use AI output at your own risk.
10. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information.
11. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, including breaking laws, harassing others, uploading harmful code, scraping, reverse engineering or attempting to bypass security.
12. Community Content
You are responsible for recipes, reviews, comments and photos you share. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, misleading or unsafe.
13. License to User Content
You keep ownership of your content and grant Fizulmia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt and distribute it to operate and improve the Service.
14. Moderation
We may review, remove or restrict any content or account at our discretion, without obligation to monitor.
15. Intellectual Property
The Service, brand, design and software belong to Fizulmia and its licensors. No rights are granted except as stated here.
16. Recipe Content
Recipes may be AI-generated, user-submitted or reference third-party sources. We do not guarantee their results, originality or accuracy.
17. Third-Party Services
Links, sign-in providers, recipe sites and other third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
18. Availability
The Service is provided as available and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time.
19. Beta Features
Experimental features are offered as-is and may be unreliable or removed.
20. Payments
If paid features are offered, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
21. Free Trials
Free trials may convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends, as disclosed at sign-up.
22. Electronic Communications
You agree to receive communications from us electronically, which satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information and is part of these Terms.
24. Sensitive Information
Do not submit sensitive health, financial or identity information beyond what the Service needs.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
26. Assumption of Risk
Cooking involves risks such as burns, cuts, fire, foodborne illness and allergic reactions. You voluntarily assume all such risks.
27. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIZULMIA IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
28. Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
29. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Fizulmia against claims arising from your use of the Service, your content or your violation of these Terms.
30. Release
You release Fizulmia from claims arising from disputes with other users or third parties.
31. Dispute Resolution
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
32. Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding individual arbitration, except small-claims matters and claims for injunctive relief over intellectual property.
33. Class-Action Waiver
Disputes will be brought only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
34. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any permitted court proceedings will take place in the state or federal courts located in New York.
35. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. You may stop using the Service at any time.
36. Effect of Termination
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including disclaimers, liability limits and dispute terms.
37. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
38. Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
39. No Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
40. Assignment
You may not transfer these Terms. We may assign them without restriction.
41. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Fizulmia regarding the Service.
42. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
43. No Professional Relationship
Using the Service does not create a professional, fiduciary or agency relationship.
44. No Emergency Use
Do not use the Service in emergencies. If you have an allergic reaction or medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
45. Third-Party Content
We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content accessed through the Service.
46. Reviews
Ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not Fizulmia.
47. Security
We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
48. Copyright Complaints
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact us with details and we will review it.
49. Export and Sanctions
You may not use the Service in violation of export control or sanctions laws.
50. Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13. Minors should use it only with a parent or guardian.

52. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
